Humans who wait along busy sidewalks, look friendly and try to make eye contact as they excitedly clutch a clipboard. Which makes you anxious as you walk up to the entrance. Oh-no. They’re walking towards you. You look away but hear a voice pointed your way, “Hi would you like to…” You hyperventilate. Try to walk faster. You look at the ground. Your mind races. Is it rude to ignore them? Worse to say ‘no’? Who even has cash anymore? What aisle is toilet paper in again?

Yeah. Let’s not do that. Instead, let’s have pets fundraise for pets! Dogs get some loving, people get to donate, and clipboard people are off the hook. Win-win-win.
